Margaret Curtis - Yunomi

Contemporary ceramic Yunomi by Margaret Curtis.  A yunomi is a traditional handleless japanese teacup designed for daily informal drinking. This cup features an organic, irregular form and expressive surface texture.  The exterior is covered in layers of ceramic slip and glaze that create a muted palette of sage green and deep burgundy over a dark charcoal claybody.
